401: Licensing Compliance for Vendors
This course is designed to provide the gaming or non-gaming vendor entity, officers, key employees and/or service employees going on-site to a gaming facility guidance to coordinate and complete the regulatory requirements mandated by the gaming jurisdiction.
Regulatory authority, checklists, applications and releases, fingerprinting, fees and sanctions will be addressed. Gaming background investigators and regulators have a broad authority and many investigative tools and resources to look into an applicant's background.
Included in this session will be the newest technology and techniques used when conducting due diligence and individual background investigations.
