203: Designing & Implementing Vendor Licensing
This course is designed to empower Tribal Gaming Commissioner/Regulator and Compliance personnel to maintain integrity of their authority to self-regulate.
The instructor will provide insight and direction of how the establishment and subsequent implementation of written internal back grounding and licensing processes and procedures will demonstrate an organized and committed regulatory agency. The structuring of fees for background investigations, licenses and hearings for the regulatory agency's ability to be self funded by the fees will be addressed during this session.
Included in this session will be the newest technology and techniques to use when conducting due diligence and individual background investigations.
