202: Background Investigations: Gaming Vendors
This course is designed to educate Tribal employees who are working in a position where they are conducting, reviewing or providing legal counsel issues regarding conducting due diligence on gaming and non-gaming vendors and their principals in order to qualify and subsequently allow for the licensing of the entity and its principals to conduct business with the Tribal Government.
The instructor will provide insight into why conducting due diligence on a vendor and its principals is critical to business operations to rule out any type of illegal criminal activity, corruption and impropriety of any kind, what to look for when interviewing and investigating a vendor and its principals.
Included in this session will be the newest technology and techniques to use when conducting due diligence and individual background investigations.
