Pre-construction systems and facility reviews to evaluate:
- Compliance with Tribal Ordinances, Administrative Code and Gaming Regulations
- Integrity of the Proposal Process

- Comfort, Safety, and Security of Patrons and Employees
- Monitor the Construction Phase
Administrative Procedures
Preparation and recommendation of administrative procedures for approval by the Gaming Commission. These procedures will:
- Define the structure of the Commission staff
- Define the authority and responsibilities of each position
- Establish procedures for the investigation and licensing of vendors, employees, and financiers
- Set forth a Commission Code of Professional Conduct
Gaming Inspectors
Selection, training and supervision of Commission Inspectors to be present during all gaming operations. Inspectors will provide a continuous presence and enhance the integrity of the gaming operation.
